The Qing Cheng Shan Villas project takes place nearby the Qing Cheng mountain in a 130 000 m² site.
This area is a high quality green place with famous water and mountain scenery. The villa project aims to create a peaceful place with 90 villas gathered hammel-like to open landscape view to the inhabitants. Each villa is 300 m². The concept for the villa is to develop high quality modern architecture with traditional feelings with two main points: - the construction system is standard modules with different possibilities for arrangement that organizes different kind of space and provide diversity, - create strong links between villa and garden and get many in-out exchanges, with wide opened glass curtain walls 2nd floor living room and concrete wall-protected first floor with courtyard and garden. All the streets and common green area are designed square-like to emphasize quiet and comfortable atmosphere of this high quality place.
