Greencenter® Lille-Sud is the 1st commercial park drawn by AREP to answer the wish of Frey to develop a new concept of commercial park "Retail Park" based at the same time on an evolution of the uses and a long-sustainable conception.
The project develops around a main pedestrian street, allowing to create an opened progress serving all the shops and the restaurants. This main street is connected with a second pedestrian street, centred east/west, making the link in particular with the main car park. Wide of about 9 meters, and partially covered by textile canopies proposing a protection against the bad weather, buildings are implanted on both sides of this main street.

This space joins in an approach of high environmental quality and declines more particularly some HEQ target of the basic concept of Greencenters®, in particular the field of management of rainwaters.
