Agribank Towers are located in a new district on the edge of the historic city of Hanoi.
The complex consists of two towers on podium which bring to mind two rocks rising up from a tropical grove and alluding to the Lai Chau hills and the Hoa Lu karst rocks. The space surrounding the four-storey podium is treated as an undulating landscape evoking the South Asian ricefields. A raised walkway, located on level 7, links the two towers: a 55-storey tower (219-metre high) situated on the east side of the site and a 33-storey one (33-metre high) situated on its west side. The lower levels host a conference centre with a seating capacity of 400 to 600 persons as well as shopping and service areas. Office spaces for banking and financial institutions are laid out over the central and upper floors while at the very top of the building, leisure and entertainment facilities occupy the mezzanine floors created under the truncated roofs.
