A mixed tower

  • Client: ACB Bank
  • Project management: AREP Ville
  • Surface: 20 000 m²
  • Delivery: 2011
Located in the 1st district of the city centre, ACB Bank Tower combines different functions: offices, commercial and housing.
This multi-functionality creates a place for social mixing between inhabitants and people who come to work or to go shopping. The tower is also the reflection of ACB Bank image: innovative and safe, accessible and protected, simple and luxurious.
The three different functions of the tower can be seen in the partition of the volume:
- The modern and dynamic bottom facade is composed by transparent and opalescent glass and led screens. The transparency of the whole façade brings a lot of light to create comfortable spaces for entertainment.
- The central part of the tower is composed by an ordered combination of large openings which will bring comfortable light in workspaces. The top part dedicated to the housing apartment open the sky with linear balconies and random openings.
To link the whole building, ACB Bank Tower has a vertical garden climbing on the façade, a land mark in the city landscape which gives strong identity to the building.
