A requalification of the place Ramses II and its accesses

Prize-winner of the international competition of architecture and town planning, concerning the refitting of the place Ramsès II situated in the center of the city of Cairo, AREP Ville associated with BECT (Egyptian Office of Technical Council) were chosen among 35 participating teams.
The object of the competition was the retructuration and the development of the former center, while bringing answers to the problem of the urban conflicts and transport, and to the various pollutions, engendered by this situation.
